Where have I been?

Long time, no see!! I've been a bad bad blogger! Don't be too mad, though. I do have a good excuse. Shortly after my last post, I started getting very sick again. After a year of MANY medicines and poisons running through my veins to try to make me well, I finally decided to have my large intestine removed. The surgery was April 23rd and I am definitely on the road to recovery. I am still very sore and trying to get used to my "bag" but am already feeling better. I can't wait to start living life again! I still have not been able to stamp but I feel the I will in the near future!

Going out on a limb...

I made this clear envelope brag book a few weeks ago when I was planning this months hostess club. They are SO easy to make! I normally do not submit any of my work because I usually don't think it's up to par, but this time I thought I would. On Shelli Gardner's blog (may she live forever), she has posted a creative challenge to make a Valentine. Though this is not a "typical Valentine", it is definitely a cute gift. So, this is my submission for Shelli's Challenge:

Supplies:
Stamps: Love You Much
Paper: Candy Lane DSP, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla, Close to Cocoa
Ink: Riding Hood Red, Close to Cocoa
Accessories: Clear Envelopes, Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon, Big Shot, Scallop Envelop Bigz Die, Scallop Circle Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, Scallop Edge Punch, White Gel Pen, Sticky Strip, Fiskars Cutter w/ scoring tool, Crop-A-Dile, Heart to Heart punch, Table Top Cutter, Paper Snips

I can't wait to show you the hostess gifts that I've been working on! Hostess club is January 28th. I can't wait to get together!! See you soon! ~Jenni

It's a secret...

I've been crafting a lot but I can't share yet... I've been making hostess club gifts and figuring out what what project we'll be making. Just wanted to let you know I'm still alive. I'll be finished with hostess club projects soon and will be able to do some "random stamping."
